The signature of the Artrageous Troupe is interaction and engagement, so be prepared to be a part of the show!

A long time ago (1980’s) in a land far away (Vancouver, Canada) a troupe of misfits decided they wanted to see the world. Together they started the “All and Everything Theater”, a nonprofit children’s theater focusing on children’s entertainment, street theater and life-sized Bunraku puppetry.

In the late 80’s on Christmas Day, their theater building with all their props and puppets burned to the ground. Instead of packing it in, they started down a new road. This time taking to the streets as The Pink Flamingos (the flame colored bird, standing solidly on one leg and rising from the ashes), this musical troupe has performed for the likes of Sir Richard Branson, Steve Forbes, General Colin Powell… and in venues and events all over the world from India to Thailand, Paris to Austria. Their journey has lead them far and wide around the world and back again, performing at over 2000+ events in their history.

As people who live and breathe the arts, creativity, community, and inspiration, they have decided to go back to their roots and share their passion with the world as Artrageous: a show that focuses on art, music, theater, puppetry, singing, dancing, comedy…all on one stage. All as a team of friends who have seen the world together and share a love of the arts.

“The audience was blown away! “One of the most fun and energetic shows we’ve seen in quite a while. There was paint flying, music playing, black lights and finger lights glowing, bubble wrap popping and audience members dancing!!   The entire community is buzzing about it!  Artrageous was the best show I’ve ever seen for getting the audience involved.” - Kit Miracle, Director, Jasper Arts Center

…this is an amazing show. It is outrageous for artrageous! …this group has put on something absolutely unique, that I’ve never seen before. I have been waiting all year for this show…did a great and fantastic job…” Jan Allan Zarr, Executive Director/CEO SkyPAC
