• event set-up and break down

• clean up of guest areas

• bride’s & groom’s cake table skirting & table linens

• 8” clear glass cocktail plates & cake plates

• glassware - 11oz wine glasses & goblets and champagne glasses (birdbath style)

• fully equipped kitchen

• guest tables with basic table linens

• tables for caterers use (caterer is responsible for all table linens they will use)

Caterers/Vendors

Our current policy of not having an approved caterer list reflects our openness to work with the caterer of your choice. A listing of caterers that have conducted events in the Arts Council Depot is available upon request. We also have a listing of cake bakers, florists, etc.
Our alcohol policy states that the renter is free to bring the necessary beverages for their private function. No alcohol is permitted to be sold on the premises.
Should you need to rent additional items for your event such as tents, dance floor etc., we can also provide you a listing of our local vendors providing those services.
