Outdoor features: 2-acre beautifully landscaped lawn, extra-large patios that can accommodate bands, tables, performers, food trucks and tents, sculpture garden, accessibility features including ramps.

Smithgall Arts Center Rental Services With your Smithgall Arts Center facility rental, The Arts Council provides the following services: event planning, on-site personnel throughout the event, event set-up and break down, cleanup of guest areas, linens for guest tables (all food and beverage table linens are the responsibility of the caterer with the exception of the bride’s and groom’s cake tables), choice of clear glass plate ware or ivory with gold trim plate ware, cake plates, glassware – wine glasses & goblets and champagne glasses (birdbath style), fully equipped commercial kitchen, guest tables with basic table linens, tables for caterer’s use (caterer is responsible for all table linens they will use and for dressing all tables used for food and beverage service), assistance in locating caterers, bakers, florists, tents, dance floors, and any other event details and vendors you might require.

Perfect for small weddings, receptions or meetings; 4 rooms on main floor, 4 rooms and grand hall on 2nd floor, catering kitchen, covered front porch large enough for bar and tables, restroom facilities, cozy fireplace.

With your Arts Council Cottage facility rental, The Arts Council provides the following services: event planning, event set-up and break down, catering kitchen, guest tables with basic table linens, tables for caterers use (caterer is responsible for all table linens they will use), assistance in locating caterers, bakers, florists, tents, dance floors, and any other event details and vendors you might require.

The Arts Council Education Wing
Perfect for meetings, exhibits, and artist studio or arts office space on a limited basis, three floors of small to medium size rooms; build-to-suit available for long-term arts organizations.

Food & Beverage Policies – The Arts Council recognizes that you want to plan your event to suit your needs. Therefore, we do not have an approved caterer list. Instead, it is our policy that renters of Arts Council facilities are free to choose their own professional caterer. We have worked with many caterers, bakers, florists and other event specialists and can certainly provide you with some options if needed. In addition, our alcohol policy states that the renter is free to bring the necessary beverages for their private function with a host bar. No alcohol is permitted to be sold on the premises without a State and City alcohol special event license.
